About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to ensure our community is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of Residents' rooms and community common areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience in health care of hospitality setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, equipment, and cleaning agents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
