About The Position

We are seeking a Housekeeping and Lundry Supervisor to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN! This role supervises housekeeping and laundry staff. This position alson performs housekeeping and laundry duties as needed. This schedule includes; 80 hours in two weeks Day shift Third weekend rotation Lake City Care Center is nestled near the picturesque Lake Pepin in southeast Minnesota. Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 - 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff:
• Provides clear and concise work direction
• Trains and provides ongoing support to staff
• Manages staff performance and provides appropriate feedback
• Creates and maintains housekeeping and laundry schedule
• Conducts performance reviews within established timeframe
• Maintains and orders inventory of supplies
• Performs housekeeping and laundry duties as needed:
• Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc
• Performs deep room cleans
• Labels, sorts, washes, dries, folds, and delivers laundry
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed.
• Room changes
• Cleaning wheelchairs
• Assisting with special events
