About The Position

Fairview is looking for an EVS Aide at our UMMC West Bank location, in Minneapolis, MN. This is a part time position offering 16 hours per a 2-week pay period and is not benefit eligible. The role involves performing cleaning duties as assigned to keep the facility orderly, attractive, clean and sanitary.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Previous Housekeeping/Environmental Service experience

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms and areas following set rules and safety steps.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment the right way and keep them in good shape.
• Handle trash, dirty linens, and spills safely.
• Follow safety signs, wear gloves, and use good body posture to stay safe.
• Be kind and respectful to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Report broken equipment or unsafe situations to your supervisor right away.
