Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, flexible, and resident-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial experience a plus but not requiredtraining provided

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces according to established procedures
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to keep resident spaces comfortable
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure all cleaning is performed to high safety standards
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with residents and visitors while performing daily duties
