About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with seventeen locations across six states. They offer highly individualized treatment in a clean, modern, comfortable setting, spanning every level of care, including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The organization is currently hiring a Housekeeping Aide at its newest inpatient facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and smooth function of the property and plant, performing routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, and removing garbage. The aide will also provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director, complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure the facility's cleanliness and upkeep, and report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director.

Requirements

No formal education required
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong responsibility and attention to detail
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years' related experience preferred

Responsibilities
