This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the property and plant. Responsibilities include performing routine custodial duties, providing operational support to the Executive Director, completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists, and reporting on all activities and concerns.

Requirements

No formal education required
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong responsibility and attention to detail
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

Minimum of two years' related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and smooth function of property and plant
Perform routine custodial duties such as cleaning, restocking, removing garbage etc.
Provide consistent operational support as required by the Executive Director
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facility
Report on all activities completed, escalating any concerns to the Executive Director
