As a Housekeeping Aide, you will help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of our facility. Your work ensures residents, staff, and visitors enjoy a comfortable and safe environment every day. Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
- Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented attitude
- Willingness to follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice To Haves
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Change linens and restock cleaning supplies
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Properly handle and dispose of waste
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Provide friendly, respectful interactions with residents and team members
