About The Position

Housekeeper Responsibilities: Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Sweeping and mopping floors. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment. Notifying managers of necessary repairs. Collecting and disposing of trash. Assisting co-workers when necessary. Keeping the cart stocked. Follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local regulations. Develop and maintain strong and clear communication and rapport with co-workers, residents and family members. Housekeeper Requirements: Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well unsupervised. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents and family members. Hard worker. Good attendance. We are offering a $1500.00 sign on bonus at this time to be paid out over a 6-month period as long as all requirements are met, Health Benefits at the beginning of the month following your first 60 days of employment, PTO start accruing after 90 days, ESOP, 401K, Pay Demand (Get paid for hours worked as early as next day), hourly pay will be discussed during interview.
