Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with floor maintenance equipment and procedures.
• Ability to operate floor machinery using proper personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
• Dusting from room top to bottom.
• Vacuuming and deep cleaning surfaces.
• Sanitizing bathrooms and showers.
• Washing floors and changing linens.
• Organizing areas as needed.
• Assisting in daily laundry activities.
• Following cleaning schedules and ensuring thorough cleaning of assigned areas.
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
• Setting up caution/safety signs before performing duties.
• Reporting all accidents/incidents to the supervisor.
