As Administrative Assistant, Housekeeping, you play a key role in supporting our Colleagues through exceptional organization and clear communication. Your contributions help create thoughtfully prepared residences that welcome our guests/owners and make them feel valued from the moment they arrive. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, your essential responsibilities include: Supporting daily operations by organizing work assignments, assisting Colleagues, and providing professional, friendly service. Training and guiding Housekeeping Colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Managing housekeeping supplies, equipment, inventories, and enforcing company key‑control policies. Communicating maintenance needs and coordinating repairs, furnishings, and equipment relocation. Conducting residence inspections and ensuring physical facilities meet company standards, addressing and reporting any inconsistencies. Completing reports, documenting Owner/Member preferences, assisting with housekeeping service requests, and performing special projects as assigned.
