The Housekeeping position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and various areas within the gym. This includes sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, office spaces, and other assigned areas. The role also involves cleaning, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and disinfecting all bathroom areas as needed. Additionally, the Housekeeping staff is responsible for ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of materials such as towels, tissue, and soap in all bathrooms within their assigned areas. They will also be tasked with emptying trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas and maintaining all floor areas in a safe, clean, and orderly manner. Observing equipment for potential safety hazards is also a key responsibility.
