We are currently seeking individuals for the role of Housekeeper, who will be responsible for maintaining the Community interior, including residents' apartments, in a clean and sanitary fashion and in a courteous and friendly manner. Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general housekeeping for both the Community and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder all linens using the provided laundry facilities.
• Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, and take resident orders.
• Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals, reset for the next meal, and follow proper sanitizing procedures.
• Complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning the coffee maker.
