About the position
We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
- Deliver our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
- Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
- Perform other duties that may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
- 6+ months of relevant experience preferred
