About The Position
As a Housekeeper at WP-Winston-Salem Health Holdings, LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our assisted living community. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all resident rooms, activity and dining areas, and public spaces are kept clean and presentable. This position is essential in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our residents, ensuring that their specific needs are met at every stage of their stay with us. You will be part of a dedicated team that strives daily to enhance the quality of life for all we serve. In this role, you will perform a variety of general housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, public areas, and support areas as assigned. You will also be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and redistributing community laundry, ensuring that all linens and personal items are handled with care and returned to the appropriate residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help maintain the high standards of our community. Safety is a top priority in our facility, and as a Housekeeper, you will be expected to practice safety procedures at all times. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), understanding fire safety protocols, and adhering to material safety data sheets (MSDS) and lockout/tagout procedures. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our community remains a safe and healthy place for both residents and staff.
