About The Position
As a Housekeeper at HCW Hospitality, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and restocked to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your daily tasks will include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities. You will maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized. Additionally, you will report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas, assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, and provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests by addressing any requests promptly. You may also take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
