HOUSEKEEPER We are looking for the right person to partner with our residents to help them continue to live their lives of purpose and make the most of every day by providing the best care and support we can give them. We specialize in assisted living and memory care. Highgate Senior Living's mission is to devote ourselves to help each resident live a life of purpose and each of us plays a crucial role in doing so. We operate communities in the western US and are seeking the right Housekeeper to join our team. This position is fulltime or parttime, with flexible hours and includes being responsible for the cleanliness of our residents' suites, their gathering and social spaces in the community, and the building exterior and grounds.

  • Maintain cleanliness of residents' suites and common areas.
  • Ensure the building exterior and grounds are clean.
  • Provide customer service to seniors while working in their home.
  • Utilize various housekeeping tools and equipment safely.
  • Document and follow up on housekeeping tasks.
  • Adapt to feedback and incorporate it into work efforts.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Current negative TB test.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move continuously during work hours.
  • Ability to carry or transfer up to 50lbs with assistance.
  • Pass a criminal record/background check.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver license with clean driving abstract.
  • Prior experience working in seniors housing as a housekeeper.
  • Experience in hospitality centers or hotels as a housekeeper.
  • Experience in customer service, warehouse, hospitality, or industrial environments.
  • Experience interacting with seniors and helping meet their needs.
