About The Position

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will: Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms. Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required. Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines. Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team. Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Requirements

Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
