About The Position

The Housekeeper @ The Cardinal at North Hills keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. Delivers exemplary customer service with attention to detail and promoting a warm, secure and friendly environment. $1000 Sign on Bonus Schedule: FT - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm (1 weekend a month) Pay Rate $16.75 Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K Free Meal each shift

Requirements

• High school graduate preferred
• Six months to one year of housekeeping experience
• Experience working in a senior environment preferred
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more
• Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
• Change bed linens
• Assist with resident and community laundry as directed
• As well as perform other related duties as required
