Requirements

  • Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow instructions (verbal and written).
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cleaning experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine.
  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
  • Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
  • Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude, discovering and responding quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Assist in laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary.
