About The Position
TownePlace Suites by Marriott, a Marriott-franchised hotel featuring 94 guest rooms, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for our guests. The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is responsible for the following: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed Stock & maintain housekeeping cart daily Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to manager or supervisor in a timely manner Prompt and regular attendance The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time status Department schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands and associates may be asked to work shifts other than those they prefer or normally work, and overtime as required Comply with hotel and/or department uniform and professional behavior and appearance standards Review and approve electronic timecard weekly for accuracy Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by leadership. The associate will be exposed to cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities
