The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the community including the amenities, building interiors and leasing office, and other common areas of the community. The Housekeeper will also assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents as directed by the Service Manager. If you’re someone willing to work closely with your team to enhance individual performance while keeping the community appearance up to standards and providing excellent service to internal and external customers, we want to speak with you! Requirements

  • Operate a golf cart or motor vehicle
  • Exhibit flexibility to change and/or adapt to priority needs for the work day
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Display a professional image
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Read and understand the following: cleaning supply labels, tool operations, and property activity reports.

Responsibilities
