About The Position

Requirements
- Floor tech experience required
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug testing
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with various socioeconomic populations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- High dust all main rooms and bathrooms
- Sanitize and spot clean furniture, beds, walls, windows, ledges, doors, doorknobs, phones, water cooler, microwave, rails, miscellaneous items, etc.
- Clean bathrooms including sinks, tubs, hoppers, toilets, shower walls, and walls around sinks
- Restock paper supplies as needed
- Empty and clean waste baskets
- Dust mop and wet mop floors
- Participates in quality improvement activities
- Stripping, waxing and buffing floors.
