As a Housekeeper at our Martinsville, Indiana location, you play an important role in supporting patient safety, dignity, and long-term recovery. Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • High school diploma or GED, or verifiable work experience in lieu of education
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping, laundry, and linen services in patient care areas, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces
  • Clean, mop, scrub, and sanitize floors and surfaces following infection control standards
  • Ensure communal areas, including group rooms, lobbies, and waiting areas, are clean, sanitary, and free of debris
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms on a regular basis
  • Inventory and restock housekeeping supplies needed for daily operations
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, and infection control procedures
  • Partner with leadership to maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
