Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Less than one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Uses time efficiently.
Maintains acceptable attendance and punctuality.

Knowledge of and adhere to OSHA and safety standards within Housekeeping department.
Ability to acknowledge and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, chemicals and tools.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, etc.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

Organize & Prioritize: Obtain a list of units and spaces to be cleaned and organize your tasks efficiently.
Quality Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, units, and common areas within set time limits and goals.
Guest Interaction: Respond to owners, guests, and others regarding housekeeping issues.
