This role position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in residential units and common areas, as well as ensuring the entire property are clean and visually appealing. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's License required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping is required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Self-motivated and reliable with good time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
• Perform routine cleaning of common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouses, fitness centers, and offices.
• Clean windows, walls, floors, and furniture as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in a proper manner.
• Notify the maintenance team or management of any necessary repairs or safety hazards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas.
• Pick up trash and debris on a daily basis.
• Sweep sidewalks, stairways, and breezeways.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such watering plants.
