About The Position

Skenesborough Harbor is a 40-unit affordable senior apartment community seeking a reliable Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Must follow Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces).
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management of needs.
• Complete work orders and communicate maintenance concerns.
• Interact respectfully with residents, staff, and vendors.
