The House Keeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces, while also managing inventory of cleaning supplies. Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas.
• Clean and sanitize the fitness center, and other shared facilities.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including handrails, doorknobs, and light switches.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed.
• Cleaning vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the property management team.
