Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas within the community. The role involves general cleaning, preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction by responding to needs and requests, and potentially assisting with resident emergencies. Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
• Help respond to resident emergencies (You may be asked to)
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
