About The Position

Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team at our luxury 83 West Townhomes! This apartment community has 504 units and is located in West Bloomfield, MI. Requirements

• Facilities housekeeping experience
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Position requires ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets
• Clean all hallways
• Clean all lavatories
• Picks up and remove trash
• Sweep and mop tile floors
• Wash windows and mirrors
• Clean all vacant apartments
• Clean on-site management office
• Check for lint in washers and dryers
• Adhere to established policies related to fair housing
• Clean appliances, fixtures, doors, trim and counter tops
• Clean all common areas including pool and laundry facility
• Assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies
