About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in assigned areas. This includes guest rooms, common areas, offices, or residential spaces. The role ensures a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) to management.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
