Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial or janitorial work, especially in healthcare or school settings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork
• Basic maintenance or floor-care knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walkways, windows, and furnishings
• Disinfect surfaces and respond promptly to spills or sanitation needs
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning and floor‑care equipment
• Manage waste removal and recycling
• Maintain supply inventories and ensure storage areas are organized
• Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality procedures
• Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facility
