About The Position

Full-time Housekeeper required for a Tribeca family starting ASAP (flexible for the right candidate). Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for handling the daily upkeep for all household tidying/cleaning/organizing, laundry/ironing, grocery inventory/shopping and prepping for family meals. The family has three young children and requires this person to interact with the children on a daily basis. A warm and friendly personality is required. To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who has a strong attention to detail, is organized and who can show initiative and good instincts with daily tasks. The family is looking for someone experienced, trustworthy and with a strong work ethic who is looking for a long term commitment, with discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. The right person for this role should be a self-starter, proactive and thrive in an active and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has worked in fully staffed homes, has a team player mentality and is a strong communicator with the family and other household employees. Location: Tribeca, NY Start date: ASAP Days/times: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday through Friday with general hours expected 8.30am - 4.30pm Children: 3 daughters (born 2021/2023/2024) Conditions: $40 - $45 per hour (paid as W2 employee) plus sick/personal/vacation days dependent on experience and other considerations. The family is open to discussions surrounding the final compensation package for their preferred candidate. For further consideration, applicants must possess the following: Authorization to work in the US A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Housekeeper in HNW homes, 5 years + preferred An understanding of managing a household with children Readiness to help with all housekeeping and house related tasks to a 5-star quality (ironing, fine fabrics etc,) Exceptional references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality and professionalism Ability to commit for a minimum of 2 years for all permanent positions A professional appearance A flexible schedule Fluency in both oral and written English

Requirements

Authorization to work in the US
A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Housekeeper in HNW homes, 5 years + preferred
An understanding of managing a household with children
Readiness to help with all housekeeping and house related tasks to a 5-star quality (ironing, fine fabrics etc,)
Exceptional references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality and professionalism
Ability to commit for a minimum of 2 years for all permanent positions
