Requirements

Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs unassisted
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with resort team members, embodying a spirit of teamwork
Step up to support others during high-volume periods
Interact with guests in a warm, welcoming manner during service encounters
Clean and stock hotel rooms and condos before, during, and after guest stays
Attend daily morning meetings and arrive on time in full uniform
Take ownership of assigned rooms, reporting any maintenance needs or missing items
Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and supply rooms; restock as needed
Use cleaning supplies responsibly and contribute to eco-friendly practices
