About The Position

GPS is hiring a Part-time Housekeeper for an immediate position in Orangeburg, SC. This position supports infection-control standards and daily operations by ensuring all areas of the center remain sanitary, organized, and participant-ready. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Housekeeping experience (healthcare or senior care a plus)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Compassion and professionalism
• Drug-free workplace
• Criminal background check required

Responsibilities

• Keep activity areas, restrooms, dining spaces, and offices clean
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting
• Follow infection-control and safety standards
• Launder linens and restock supplies
• Assist with room setup and report maintenance issues
• Interact respectfully with participants
