Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related role
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization protocols and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Previous experience leading or supporting a housekeeping team is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations and common areas
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces according to sanitation guidelines
Make beds, change linens, and restock rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and carpets
Wash windows, blinds, and draperies
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
Monitor and replenish cleaning and room supplies
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and steamers
Identify and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs
Ensure all rooms and facilities meet Columbia Woodlands’ quality standards
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and team members
