If you take pride in cleanliness and want your work to make a difference, Special Tree NeuroCare Center in Romulus, MI is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to help us provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Why Special Tree? Our state-of-the-art NeuroCare Campus is set on four serene, wooded acres in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We specialize in rehabilitation services for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, offering subacute care, residential programs, and a full-service therapy clinic. Every member of our team plays a critical role in delivering life-enhancing care. Your Role as Housekeeper Deliver Fabulous Everyday Care by maintaining clean, sanitized, and well-organized spaces. Perform a variety of cleaning duties throughout the facility, following daily checklists and infection control policies. Replenish supplies in janitorial closets and work areas. Report any hazards, issues, or maintenance needs to the Team-Up leader. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift (20+ lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally).
- Must demonstrate good moral character and pass a competency assessment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to Special Tree’s mission and values.
