Beztak is looking to hire a Housekeeper-Part Time to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals. Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
