Beztak is looking to hire a Housekeeper-Part Time to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. Employee Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Program PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals. Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
