About The Position

The Kiski School is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our campus operations team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in school buildings, including dormitories, classrooms, common areas, and administrative offices. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily life of our boarding school community.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Commitment to maintaining a clean, healthy environment for students and staff

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, dormitory spaces, offices, and restrooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain all assigned areas
Replenish supplies and report maintenance or safety issues
Assist with periodic deep-cleaning projects and seasonal campus needs
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the facilities team to support campus events as needed
