About The Position

Flexible Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Do you want to make a difference? We may have a job for you! We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to attend to our senior housing facility with integrity and attention to detail and to ensure that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred. Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in English.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Able to work in various weather elements.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Hard worker.
• Team player.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide quality housekeeping services to residents.
• Clean resident apartments and common areas, based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Be helpful and polite to residents, be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy, personal property and confidentiality.
• Keep areas of responsibility clean, neat, and organized.
• Cooperate and be polite to all staff, residents, and visitors.
