Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or custodial services preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and safety
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and residents' clothing
Restock supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained
Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive environment for residents and staff
