In this role, you’ll help maintain clean homes for our residents and care for common areas of Saxony Manor, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment throughout our community. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, organized, and flexible
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly community
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled housekeeping in residents’ homes, including apartments, duplexes, and cottages
- Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and meeting spaces
- Perform routine tasks: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and trash removal
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain organization of carts, closets, and supply areas
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
- Interact respectfully with residents, families, guests, and team members
- Respect residents’ privacy and preferences
- Assist with seasonal deep cleaning, special events, or additional assignments
