About The Position

We are looking for a Housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and cheerful environment for senior age residents, staff and visitors at our Assisted Living Memory Care building in Chanhassen, MN.
This part-time Housekeeper position includes:
40 hours per two week pay period
two weekends a month
Evening shift

Riley Crossing is one of Ebenezer's newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent, Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions, along with cleaning human/bodily fluids or waste
• Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in cleaning or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
• Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
• Assists residents with laundry as requested
• Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
• Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
