About The Position

Senior Lifestyle is seeking individuals who embody their mission to brighten and enrich lives with HEART (Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork). This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas within the community. Key duties include general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas, assisting with preparing empty apartments for new residents, and ensuring resident and guest satisfaction by promptly responding to needs and requests. The housekeeper may also be asked to assist in resident emergencies and is expected to maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers
Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and the common areas of the community
General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas
Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins
Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
Help respond to resident emergencies
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
