About The Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring adherence to established cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Change bed linens, and towels, and refill toiletries as needed. - Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and public spaces. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor in a timely manner. - Restock cleaning supplies and linens and inform the supervisor of low inventory levels. - Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service. - Follow company policies and procedures for cleaning and safety protocols. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks. Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.).
