Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or similar experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting)
- Complete scheduled and project-based cleaning, including occasional emergency clean-ups
- Maintain assigned cleaning schedules and report any damages or maintenance needs
- Properly use and care for cleaning equipment
- Monitor and communicate supply and inventory needs
- Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals
- Assist with light plant care (watering and pruning) in assigned areas
