The current opening is for a Housekeeper at Deepwood Estates by Barclay House, where the individual will make a difference in the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Desire to work with seniors required
- Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner
- Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways
- Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
- Use and maintain equipment properly
- Transport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area
- Replenish supplies as required
