What you will do: In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. Responsibilities

Realiza una variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms clean according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to assist in identifying needed maintenance items.
Assist guests whenever possible by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information requested.
May be asked to assist in laundry/ cleaning public spaces when needed.
Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service by discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests.
