About The Position
The job involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas of a venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. It also includes emptying trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The role requires assisting in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying when reordering is necessary. Additionally, the housekeeper is responsible for reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel and supporting the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, all while adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
