About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper for The Crestone Senior Living community. This role is crucial in creating a comfortable, clean, and cozy living environment for residents by providing comprehensive housekeeping services. The Housekeeper is also responsible for maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all common areas, from the lobby to the employee break room, ensuring everything is in its proper place. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 44 properties in 7 states, employing nearly 2,500 individuals.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent
  • Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents
  • Will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents
  • Should be professional in appearance and conduct
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
  • Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
  • Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
  • Must be criminally cleared

Responsibilities

  • Provide housekeeping services for residents to make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live
  • Ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place
