They help keep the establishment clean and welcoming to ensure a positive experience for guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet hotel guests.
- Provide customer service and answer questions from guests.
- Using cleaning equipment to clean and sanitize rooms.
- Replacing bed linens and towels.
- Wash, dry and fold laundry.
- Restocking hotel food and beverages.
- Keeping hallways clean and unobstructed.
- Reporting room vacancy status
